Lightly sautéed with a dash of local white wine and the surprising accompaniment of sultanas, capers and wild mint, you will find it simply irresistible. A pleasure for the palate and a vision for the eyes.
Respect for the products, the gems of this generous territory, is one of our chef’s most heartfelt principles. Naturally, traditional recipes are held in high regard and are a source of inspiration for Myriòn’s kitchen, but are revisited in a modern key.
